Job Description:

The Digital Client Service Associate – Wealth Management – U.S. Private Bank (DCSA) role is responsible for managing and facilitating the daily unique and complex service needs of the Private Bank's client base. Service is delivered in a team-based model with key locations in the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provide high quality, high touch service to Private Banking clients over the phone and by email. Responsible for assisting clients and advisors with all aspects of the online experience
  • Utilize multiple systems, often simultaneously, to provide quick and thorough service to clients across all of their accounts
  • Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, advisors, product partners, branch/operations areas, and other staff in a timely and professional manner

 

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience preferred
  • Client service experience preferred
  • Very high comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to quickly learn proprietary software and databases.
  • Strong to exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with banking and investment products, including online banking
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Weekend and evening work required on an as needed basis

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must obtain satisfactory background check/fingerprinting results
  • Must be 18 or older on the start date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-time
  • Starting at $29.00 hourly (58k starting salary)
