Position Summary: Janitor
TheJanitor is essential to the daily upkeep of POAH Communities' properties. This individual will be hard working and able to take care of multiple tasks pertaining to cleaning the property daily.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

  • Maintaining a clean property.
  • Assisting with light maintenance work.
  • Snow removal.

Job Requirements:

  • High school degree.
  • Some plumbing and electrical knowledge (is a plus but not required). 
  • Strong verbal, written and customer service communications are essential.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to perform the following duties 66-100% of the time: be on feet, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push/pull, reach above shoulder, climb ladders, grasp/grip/turn, finger dexterity, lift/carry up to 65lbs, be able to read and understand maintenance forms and warning labels.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Compensation and Schedule:
Full Time
Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
